Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and uphold Capriottis' award-winning standards.

You will manage guest experience, financial performance, staffing, and compliance while modeling our CAPtivating Service culture. This is a full-time leadership role with growth opportunities across a national brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in fast casual or quick-service settings.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate restaurant teams.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team with coaching and training programs.
• Oversee food quality, safety, and presentation to brand standards.
• Ensure guest service excellence and CAPtivating Service culture.
• Monitor labor costs, food costs, and operational expenses to protect profitability.
• Communicate with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership professionally and effectively.
