Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Busser to provide fast, friendly, and courteous service to guests at our Niagara Falls property. The role requires strong public interaction, clear English communication, and physical endurance to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry trays up to 60 pounds.

Daily duties include greeting guests with water and bread, clearing and resetting tables, and supporting all restaurant staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with water and bread promptly and courteously.
• Balance and carry trays up to 60 pounds.
• Clear and reset tables according to busser procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine lists, and daily specials.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and assist other staff as needed.
