U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and placement. You will direct equipment to meet demand, review reports, and help balance regional inventory levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, balancing regional inventory to meet demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment and reservations.
