Job summary

Stone Harbor Staffing, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment team across candidate research, screening, ATS updates, scheduling, and onboarding.

This temporary 4-6 month assignment focuses on pipeline activities and day-to-day operations. You will join a life sciences recruitment partner with a client-first approach, offering strong benefits and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• One year of administrative or operational experience.
• Knowledge of business functions, policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and proactively support the team.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment team with research and admin tasks throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with screening and initial outreach to candidates as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, including notes and preferences.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and introductions.
• Cross-train and provide flexible support across recruitment or operations.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members and review outputs.
• Help address issues or escalations as appropriate.
• Serve as backup in absence of supervisor or manager.
