Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a warehouse/receiving associate to travel between facilities in Colorado, supporting inventory integrity and par-level management. You will process shipments, verify deliveries, and coordinate with clinical departments to ensure stock availability.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in supply chain or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Day shift, full-time, with benefits and a focus on accurate, timely distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related work experience in supply chain or customer service setting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to identify, sort and count accurately and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple locations to support facilities.
• Update data for product conversions and assist with par location item layout.
• Inspect deliveries and ensure accuracy with packing slips and delivery locations.
• Complete replenishment, picking and receiving processes in the system.
• Tag capital equipment on receipt and communicate with purchasing.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies related to POs and prepare items for return.
• Deliver supplies and equipment to customers and assigned areas.
