Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO seeks a detail-oriented Receiving/Inventory Associate for a PRN Day shift. You will assist with data updates for product conversions and par layouts, inspect deliveries, and manage replenishment in ERP systems.

You’ll deliver supplies, resolve invoice issues, and coordinate with clinical departments to keep par levels stocked. Strong math, clear English communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in supply chain or customer service.
• Basic math, attention to detail, and English communication required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; ERP familiarity preferred.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with updating data for product conversions and par location layouts.
• Inspect and accept deliveries; verify against packing slips and locations.
• Complete replenishment, picking, and receiving in the ERP system.
• Tag capital equipment and communicate details to purchasing.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and process returns.
• Deliver supplies to customers; maintain accurate records.
• Build relationships with clinical departments for collaboration.
• Ensure par areas are stocked, tagged, and organized; follow safety rules.
