Job summary

Precision Family Dentistry in Modesto, CA is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). You will assist the dentist, take dental x-rays, and perform whitening and polishing procedures in a patient-centered practice.

The role requires an active RDA license and strong infection control knowledge. Expect 8-hour shifts, Mon-Thu, with competitive hourly pay and benefits including dental insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques.
• Understanding of OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
• Experience with Dentrix software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures.
• Take and process dental x-rays.
• Perform teeth whitening procedures.
• Carry out coronal polishing, temporary crowns, and other permitted duties.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
• Prepare trays, instruments, and materials for procedures.
• Ensure patient comfort and provide chairside support.
