Client Growth Resources, Inc in Castro Valley, CA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team. You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and support daily patient care.

Documentation of patient activities and charges, respectful communication with patients and families, and strict adherence to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards and Medicare regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have CAPTE-accredited PTA/PT program.
• Current State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
