Job summary

Elite Physical Therapy and Balance Center in the Nashville metropolitan area seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our on-site team. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state PTA licensure or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and document care accurately.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or balance/vestibular rehab is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed PTs in delivery of evidence-informed care.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehab plans.
• Document treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe equipment use.
• Communicate patient status changes to supervising PTs.
• Support a welcoming, professional clinic environment.
