W3Global is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Shelbyville, TN for a full-time outpatient setting. You will assist licensed PTs, guide patients through exercises, and provide hands-on support in a Monday–Friday schedule.

New graduates welcome. Strong focus on safe patient care, documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited PTA program.
• Tennessee PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation principles.
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists with implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities.
• Provide hands-on support during treatment sessions.
• Monitor patient response and progress throughout treatment.
• Communicate changes in patient condition or progress to supervising PTs.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper techniques.
• Assist with safe use of therapeutic equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Balance/vestibular experience is a plus but not required.
