Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant required.
• EMR and MS Office applications knowledge essential.
• CPR/BLS certification necessary.
• Knowledge of Section GG data collection and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans and gathering data.
• Implement treatment plans, including exercises and modalities.
• Observe and report resident performance changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress.
• Educate residents and staff on mobility techniques.
• Collaborate with team members and Physical Therapist guidance.
