Job summary

Eagleview Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in New Jersey. The PTA will support the Physical Therapist, assist with treatments, and provide personalized care to patients in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, patient education on injury prevention, and collaboration with other health care professionals. A valid NJ PTA license is required to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active New Jersey PTA license.
• Experience assisting a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to document patient care efficiently and accurately.
• Strong communication with patients and health-care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with patient care.
• Perform treatments in an efficient and timely manner.
• Maintain professional relationships with all employees.
• Document in an effective and timely manner.
• Provide educational information on injury prevention and ergonomics.
• Communicate with other health care providers about patient conditions.
• Provide engaging, one-on-one care during patient interactions, with some concurrent treatment when indicated.
