Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist with resident care and treatment plans.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and infection control.
• Participate in care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Assist with training Restorative Aides and equipment ordering.
