Qualifications

• CPR certification, if required by licensure.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation per requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate progress and discharge plans to the team and families.
• Educate residents and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
• Assist with training Restorative Aides and staff as needed.
• Recommend durable medical equipment to facilitate independence.
