Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a part-time/PRN Physical Therapist in Everett, WA, to deliver high-quality patient care and perform comprehensive PT evaluations. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, document care, and develop treatment plans to maximize recovery.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards. The position requires a PT degree (Bachelor’s and preferably Master’s) with ortho-outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Masters’ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care
• Perform evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems
• Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary team
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Plan, implement and interpret physical therapy treatment programs
• Educate patients on exercises and use of supports
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification and regulations

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (preferred)

Ortho-outpatient experience (preferred)
