Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services in an occupational medicine setting at a Charlotte center.

The role focuses on evaluating musculoskeletal and neurological issues, delivering high quality patient care, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. The position requires a PT degree from an accredited program, with a preference for a master's and ortho-outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high quality patient care.
• Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Maintain professional standards through quality assurance policies and applicable regulations.
