Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide a team of Fitness Professionals and bring the Life Time Training philosophy to life on the floor through exceptional member experiences.

You will coach, onboard new teammates, drive personal production, mentor one-on-one sessions, and contribute to sales and service goals while helping your team achieve financial targets and division objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals to deliver the best Dynamic Personal Training experience on the fitness floor.
• Coach and onboard new team members; conduct one-on-one mentoring and ongoing development.
• Sell training to newer Fitness Professionals and coach live client and member sessions to drive engagement.
