Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide a team of Fitness Professionals toward delivering exceptional Dynamic Personal Training experiences. You will mentor staff, contribute to club leadership, and drive client engagement on the fitness floor.

You will coach live sessions, onboard new team members, and help the team meet personal and divisional financial goals while educating on products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR and AED certification.
• 2+ years of personal training experience; strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of fitness professionals according to brand and performance expectations.
• Responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
• Be a Player-Coach by leading through Dynamic Personal Training and managing your own book of business.
• Oversees quality and consistency of products, services, and on-floor experience for the team.
• Develops strategies to meet productivity goals and leads department-wide meetings to drive these goals.
• Grows new clients and guides them to appropriate trainers; ensures team has necessary skills and training.
• Promotes Life Time Training initiatives and coordinates scheduling and administration for programs and classes.
