Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for our Beaverton, OR LA Fitness location. You will assess patients, design individualized plans, and apply therapies to restore mobility and reduce pain. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other required state certifications.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in PT techniques and best practices.
• Assist patients in following the prescribed Plan of Care and follow up as needed.
• Utilize PTA support when applicable.
• Support a collaborative culture aligned with our service vision.
