Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network, LLC. (PRN) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Oregon to support PTs in delivering high-quality patient care across our clinics. The PTA will implement therapeutic exercises, assist with treatments, and document progress in our EMR system.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in OR or eligibility
• Eligibility with PTA program and exams completed
• Excellent communication with patients and team

Responsibilities

• Assist PT in implementing treatment plans
• Instruct patients in exercises and activities
• Monitor patient progress and attendance
• Record progress and treatments accurately
• Communicate with PTs regularly on patient status
• Support in patient evaluations and home care guidance
