Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Porter in New Braunfels, TX to join our Property Management team. You will inspect and maintain the property, ensure safety and aesthetics, and keep grounds, buildings and units in good condition.

Responsibilities include cleaning, removing debris, and maintaining pool equipment on a regular schedule. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are preferred requirements.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
