Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of property management experience overseeing scattered-site properties.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the property portfolio.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents, vendors, and ownership groups.
• Manage property budgets and financial performance; review expenses.
• Oversee leasing efforts, occupancy goals, and resident retention initiatives.
• Supervise the Assistant Property Manager and onsite team.
• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, scheduling, and supply management with maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with ownership to execute community goals and capital projects.
• Build relationships with a diverse resident population and address needs professionally.
• Create and manage budgets aligned with client objectives.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
