Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or MBA with finance specialization preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in debt advisory or combined lending + advisory roles.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, including tax equity structures.

Responsibilities

• Origination: research, deal pipeline, and client relationships.
• Execution: end-to-end transaction structuring and deliverables ownership.
• Prepare information memoranda and deal materials for sponsor and lenders.
• Review financing and project documentation; coordinate with external advisers.
