Job summary

Ring Power Cat in Orlando, FL seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support project preparation, coordination and closure. You will research and assemble submittals for PM approval and prepare/submittals/maintenance manuals for customers, while maintaining historical project archives.

You will also handle CAT literature requests, update EBMS and project financials, and assist with parts ordering, shipping, and site coordination. A High School Diploma and 1–3 years in PM/office roles are required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management/General Office Management.
• Proficiency with basic computer software (Lotus Notes, Excel, MS Office).
• Must be able to comprehend, speak and write English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project preparation, coordination and closure.
• Research and assemble all submittals and send to Project Managers for approval.
• Prepare, copy and ship to customers all submittals, operational and maintenance manuals.
• Manage archive of historical project files.
• Process all CAT literature requests for salesmen and customers and the invoicing of these requests to the customers.
• Compile, scan and archive all Load Test Forms and start up information.
• Update EBMS, project files and financials as required.
• Assist Project Managers with parts ordering, shipping and site coordination, as required.
• Handle general filing/office duties as required.
