Ring Power Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project managers in Florida. You will assist with preparation, coordination, and closure of projects, handle submittals, and keep archives up to date.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in project management or office administration, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and the environment involves fast-paced office work in Orlando.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with project preparation, coordination and closure.

Research and assemble all submittals and send to Project Managers for approval.

Prepare, copy and ship to customers all submittals, operational and maintenance manuals. Manage archive of historical project files.

Process all CAT literature requests for salesmen and customers and the invoicing of these requests to the customers.

Compile, scan and archive all Load Test Forms and start up information.

Update EBMS, project files and financials as required.

Assist Project Managers with parts ordering, shipping and site coordination, as required.

Handle general filing/office duties as required.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management/General Office Management.

Knowledge of basic computer skills preferred- including Lotus Notes, Excel and MS Office.

Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.

Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

High School Diploma or related equivalent required.
