US Fitness in Douglasville is seeking a dynamic Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and create an unforgettable member experience. You will partner with our Group Fitness Director and team to build confidence, promote programs, and keep members engaged.

You’ll thrive by communicating clearly on mic and off, bringing enthusiasm and a coach’s heart. You’ll greet members, foster a positive vibe, track attendance in MotionVibe, and stay current with required certifications.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is current.
• Prior group teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes.
• Create a positive class vibe and coach members toward goals.
• Greet members before class and build relationships.
• Promote club programs and upcoming events.
• Track attendance and follow payroll procedures.
• Maintain clean studios and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Stay current with certifications and attend required trainings.
• Support the schedule and cover as needed.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
