Job summary

Athletes Global Corporation is seeking enthusiastic Pickleball Instructors to lead after-school programs for students aged 9 to 18+. You will introduce fundamentals, promote physical activity, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment at Dartmouth Regional Park Pickleball Courts.

Part-time, session-based schedule with multiple classes, ongoing communication with site contacts, and a focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building for diverse youth groups.

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching Pickleball.
• Prior experience working with teenage children preferred.
• Strong classroom or group management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly professional.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach Pickleball fundamentals, including paddle skills, serving, rallying, footwork, scoring, and safety.
• Organize engaging drills, skill-building exercises, and age‑appropriate games.
• Supervise and manage groups of students while ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence‑building activities.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after class.
• Communicate with site contacts regarding attendance, student needs, or program updates.
