Job summary

TGA Premier Sports in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dedicated Youth Lead Pickleball Coach to oversee our youth programs. You will lead the development and implementation of engaging activities that foster skill development and a love for the game, in a fun and supportive environment.

Your leadership will recruit and train additional coaches while ensuring every participant has a positive, enriching experience. This role offers a flexible schedule and a chance to grow with a small, community-focused

Qualifications

• Experience coaching youth sports and leading groups.
• Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Motivate and inspire young athletes.
• Certification as a pickleball instructor (CPT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience, especially with youth sports
• Strong understanding of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
• Certification as a pickleball instructor (CPT) is a plus
• Passion for working with children and promoting healthy physical activity
