Job summary

Athletes Global Corporation is seeking energetic Pickleball Instructors to lead a youth program at Paradise Valley School in Scottsdale. You will introduce fundamentals, supervise groups, and create a fun, safe learning environment after school hours.

Candidates should have pickleball experience or coaching, strong classroom management, reliability, and the ability to pass a background check. Sessions run Mondays, 3:20pm–4:20pm, Aug 31–Nov 2.

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching Pickleball.
• Prior experience working with children and teenagers preferred.
• Strong classroom or group management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly professional.

Responsibilities

• Teach Pickleball fundamentals, including paddle skills, serving, rallying, footwork, scoring, and safety.
• Organize engaging drills, skill-building exercises, and age-appropriate games.
• Supervise and manage groups of students while ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building activities.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after class.
• Communicate with site contacts regarding attendance, student needs, or program updates.

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and knowledgeablePickleball Instructorsto lead Pickleball programs for our youth students!

Instructors will introduce the fundamentals of Pickleball, promote physical activity, reinforce sportsmanship, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.

Candidates should have experience in Pickleball, youth coaching, or physical education and be comfortable managing youth groups and some are teenagers. Make sure you able to commute to location and available for the dates and times listed below. Interview process is easy and fun.
