Job summary

Life Time in Fairfax, VA is seeking an on-site pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programs, and to coordinate leagues and mixers. You will cultivate student-centered learning, grow your book and revenue, and demonstrate member-centric service to drive repeat business and referrals.

The role requires excellent customer service, deep pickleball knowledge, and the ability to teach across ages. Certifications such as IPTPA/PPR are encouraged with CPR/AED preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball with effective teaching styles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization.
• Able to work with all ages and build member relationships.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during pickleball lessons.
• Develops safe, professional and comprehensive lessons and programs.
• Creates exceptional member experiences via programs, tournaments, and events.
• Supports sales effort with Membership Advisors and Member Activities.
