Job summary

Life Time in Minnesota is seeking a pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programming, while coordinating leagues and mixers. The role emphasizes student-centered learning and revenue growth to exceed personal and department goals.

Responsibilities include lesson planning, delivering high-quality coaching, organizing programs and events, and collaborating with teams to promote pickleball within the Life Time brand. CPR/AED preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, friendly, positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball and effective teaching styles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Comfortable with all ages and building positive relationships with members and staff.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Teach private pickleball lessons and group programming, on-court 30+ hours weekly.
• Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive lessons and programs.
• Create exceptional member experiences through programs, tournaments, and events, ensuring facilities are clean and ready.
• Collaborate with Membership Advisors and Member Activities to integrate pickleball into Life Time sales and events.
