Maryland Gardens Post Acute in Phoenix is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to support PT services on a PRN basis. You will treat patients under the direction of the Physical Therapist, document progress, and assist with program maintenance.

Responsibilities include communicating with the health team, educating families and staff for discharge, and helping with training and in-service activities.

Qualificações

• Licensed PTA with current state licensure.
• Proficient in documenting treatment notes.
• Ability to communicate with health team and families.

Responsabilidades

• Treat patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Assist in maintaining department and treatment area.
