Responsibilities

• Implement prescribed PT treatment programs for patients from neonatal to geriatric.
• Assist Physical Therapist with data collection and patient progress.
• Prepare and maintain patient documentation and discharge summaries.
• Support discharge planning and education on adaptive equipment as needed.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in department journal clubs.
