Compleat Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to administer prescribed physical therapy under the direction of the physician and Physical Therapist. You will support office administration and contribute to patient care across multiple disciplines.

The role requires graduation from an accredited therapy assistant program, state registration or certification, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining high standards of patient confidentiality and

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited therapy assistant program.
• Registration or certification in the state as required.
• Ability to relate to and treat acutely ill/chronically ill patients.
• Ability to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people and all levels of staff.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled physical therapy care to patients as prescribed.
• Maintain safe work environment following policies and procedures.
• Record daily clinical and progress notes and ensure charting compliance.
• Coordinate other patient care activities to deliver high-quality care.
• Administer PT procedures including electrotherapy, traction, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities.
• Instruct patients and families in home programs to promote independence.
