Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs physical therapy treatments as prescribed by the physician under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Documents patient progress and communicates changes to the PT.
• Maintains patient records according to standards and policies.
• Participates in staff and committee projects and meets productivity goals.
• Educates and trains others within the discipline.
• Adapts communication to patient populations and obtains consent as required.
