Job summary

You will maintain complete medical records for each patient.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent experience.
• Current New York State Physical Therapist license required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per signed prescription.
• Use evaluation techniques with efficiency and thoroughness.
• Design treatment plans to achieve goals.
• Monitor patient tolerance and adjust treatment as needed.
• Follow department emergency procedures for safety.
• Submit documentation per department policies.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Attend family meetings and collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team.
• Perform related duties as required.
