Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Florida physical therapy licensure.
• Experience with pediatrics, geriatrics, and adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical function and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct PT sessions, including exercise programs, gait training, and prosthetic training.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques and self-care.
• Document patient progress and maintain medical records.
• Participate in regular team conferences to ensure continuity of care.
