Zaddy Solutions in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. This mid-level role focuses on improving mobility and quality of life through comprehensive physical therapy services.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, deliver direct care, teach home exercise programs, document progress, and collaborate with rehab teams to support discharge planning. A state AZ license and a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings is preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to build rapport with patients.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients to enhance movement, alleviate pain, and regain functional independence.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments.
• Deliver direct patient care focused on restoring strength, mobility, and overall function.
• Instruct patients and their families on home exercise regimes to support rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress.
• Work collaboratively with rehabilitation teams and contribute to discharge planning.
• Perform additional duties as required.
