Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Grants Pass, OR rehabilitation team. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore movement and independence, while developing personalized treatment and discharge plans.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all patient care activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active PT license or eligibility to obtain in Oregon.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to varied patient needs and care settings.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with mobility and functional limitations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
