Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active licensure to practice physical therapy in North Carolina (NCSB/National Certification as required).
• Bilingual abilities or Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and the care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress, refine therapy plans, and document outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safe practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive patient-centered care.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding values of excellence and integrity.
