Job summary

Fremont Economic Development Corp. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wounds, delivering rehabilitative interventions in line with regulatory and clinical standards.

You will implement the rehabilitation plan, perform manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and wound care, and provide counseling to patients and families. New grads welcome; all experience levels considered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist credential is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries ensuring regulatory compliance.
