Qualifications

• Requires CA license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Covid-19 vaccine required and compliant with CA mandates.
• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues.
• Plan and administer treatments under physician order.
• Maintain patient records and administer tests for strength, ROM, and respiration.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in use of mobility devices.
• Conduct home assessments to ensure safe discharge when appropriate.
