SMG HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Illinois seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and implement care plans, and lead therapy services across our rehabilitation teams.

The role requires licensure in the state, BLS certification or completion within 90 days, and adherence to the Illinois Physical Therapy Act. This is a full-time day position in Chatham, IL, with compensation aligned to experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
• Certified BLS or completion within 90 days of employment is required.
• Illinois licensure within 1 year for individuals meeting other requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop treatment plans.
• Implement and execute on plan of care.
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services.
• Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers and professional development.
