Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy treatments and document interventions.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans as patient progress dictates.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes and billing.
• Educate patients and families on plans and home exercises.
• Maintain safe equipment use and a clean environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
