Job summary

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive physical therapy services in Vermont. The role involves evaluating patients, diagnosing movement impairments, and developing treatment plans to improve mobility and function.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families for post-discharge care, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement in patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science or higher degree from an Accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients in varying states of health and illness.
• Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction, enhance physical and functional abilities, and promote quality of life related to movement and health.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers for continued care after discharge.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver direct patient care.

Education
