Qualifications

• Must be graduate in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Clinical experience in treatment of a variety of patients, performance of exercise programs, transfer training and gait training for orthopedically and neurologically involved patients in acute care and/or outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Treat all types of patients including CVA, post-orthopedic surgery, general medical and outpatients.
• Function well independently as well as part of a team with physicians, nurses and social workers.
• Participate in project improvement and development.

Education

Graduate in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
