Qualifications

• Graduate in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current Washington Physical Therapist License at hire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association at hire.
• Clinical experience in treatment of a variety of patients, exercise programs, transfer and gait training.

Responsibilities

• Treat a variety of patients including CVA, post‑operative orthopedic, general medical and outpatient cases.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and social workers; participate in team care.
• Engage in project improvement and development activities.
• Provide independent and supervised therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.
