Providence Health & Services is seeking a Journey Physical Therapist in Richland, Washington. This full-time position involves providing specialized treatment programs for patients according to physical therapy principles and physician prescriptions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program and a valid Washington license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide specific treatment programs for patients as prescribed.
• Perform related duties assigned by department leadership.
• Work in an outpatient setting to support patient rehabilitation.

Description

Under the general direction of department leadership, a Journey Physical Therapist provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy and as prescribed by a physician (when required) and performs related duties as assigned.

Shift Details

Full‑time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree – Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
• Minimum experience obtained as part of the accredited physical therapy program as an intern.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree – Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
• D.P.T. – Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Experience in outpatient setting.
• Experience with orthopedics or sports injury rehabilitation.
• Experience with occupational medicine.
• Bi‑lingual or multi‑lingual skills.
