• Bachelor's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments following hospital and departmental policies.
• Maintain the highest quality patient care for designated patients/clients.
• Work under general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and department director.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient-centered outcomes.
