Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, treat, and plan care for patients in a dynamic clinical setting. The therapist will review records, establish goals, and develop treatment plans to maximize independence.

Qualifications

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients.
• Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures.
• Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions and contraindication.
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward independence and function.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities.
• Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members.
